The mask of this “Intel Commander”is a skin tight material similar to dolphins skin. This is something to do with sonar, harmonics and third eye communication. The geometric pattern of the mask coming from the third eye creates some kind of energy vortex that can be used to probe memories and mind control others. It seems to link into the hive mind system.
